The problem is, PMS interface is down. I off and on the AP00 card, the Log printer is print out the buffer data. When the PMS start to interface with AP00, the Log printer is stop, and the PMS also not reply. Finally, i use CMD D101>0000:ccc to clear the data in AP00, and reprogram PMS and hotel printer, now the PMS was working fine, only the Log printer is show, "date" "time" **** AP00 START **** "MP version" , and " SORT COMPLETE " , after make an outgoing call, PMS receive the SMDR, but NOTHING in Log Printer. Help Me Please...........

There is a difference between PMS Interface & SMDR Output to Call Accounting. Which are you working with?
