Hi, here is the real issue behind my IPK II system...

At my main site I have an IPK system to where my copper lines come in. In the IPK system we have the Elite VoiceMail card and 2 IED IP cards that link to our IPK II over our privet WiFi tunnel Network. On our other site is of cores the IPK II with a PVA IP card in it and no voice mail card, also on site 2 we have the Dterm80 phones with analog converters so we can plug cordless phones in for our PM's (we are in the process of upgrading from our analog cordless phones to some new Dterm Cordless II phones).

NOW here is our problem…
When any of the phones on site 2 with the IPK II check there VoiceMail after the are done checking there VoiceMail when they hang up the voice mail light will FREAK out and the display wigs out for a few hours and then it corrects its self.

Now for any one that can help the IPK and the IPK II CPU's are up to the most current firmware and all IP card are at the most current firmware. For the VoiceMail I could not find if there was any new release out for it.

Now this is where it get's a little funny… We have NEC and the company that works on are system stumped....

dans you are right. They have found the problem it is in the IED card's trying to talk with the PVA card's...
