I got an error message "4-R [SUP]"on my 2400ICS, but it's not covered in the System Maintenance Manual. Anybody knows what's this all about?

We had an ACD system attached our 2400 ICS with an external ACD Navigator computer attached to the PBX. As I remember, we would get a 4-R failure whenever we rebooted that computer, such as after applying a software patch.

That's right: my problem was that the OAI copmuter crashed and I had to reboot it. That's when I got this message. Thank you for the help.
