Is CM76 not the only program i need to do to redirect a did number to a different extension? Right now 5112 goes to extension 112 and i want it to go to 578. I changed it in CM76 but this had no effect. Help please.

Depending on what version 2000 you have there are others. CM7600 should assign a did route. CM7601 assigns the day dest. for that route. CM7602 defines the night route. It nicely described in the command manual.

Sure, you could also use cm200 to set up an access code for call fwd all set/cancel.

The first thing to check is Cmd 3512 to see how many digits are recieved on the did route ( don't forget 0=1, 1=2 etc). It could be you are only recieving three digits so setting 5112 will have no effect as you should have set 112.

after you check what R4+Z said, remember that 760 is for day termination, 761 for night on the classics.
