Hello again guiys,
Electra Elite 192
I have a problem with a particular phone. It just keeps ringing, it will not switch into voicemail if nobody picks up.
The port number is #10 and the extension is #109
Now, I have already checked If there are any other ports with the same extensions.
I made sure that it is correct port. I made sure that it is correct extension.
I have even deleted the extension and tried with a different one (#314) and it still won't take me to voicemail.
I have tried a different phone. Same thing.
I am starting to think that there is something wrong with the port? Any ideas?

At that set, pick up the handset, get intercom dial tone, dial 43, if you have an LCD set it should display CF/BNA location, if it shows none ,then dial the Voice Mail Pilot number and this will put the phone in the Call Forward Busy/No Answer condition to Voice mail.

That worked. Thanks a bunch
How did it unset itself. It was working just fine the other day? Weird.

Sometimes people pick up the phone and think they have outside dial tone and begin dialing, someone may have dialed a local call starting with 44 which is the Call Forward Busy/No Answer cancel code.
