What happen to this PMS link ?? always down. normal link is ---> Tx: 1![5] Rx: [6] Tx: 1![5] Rx: [6]
Problem link -----> Tx: 1![5] Rx: [6] Tx: 1![5] Rx: [16] <--- after receive this then... the rest Rx: is ? mark. Tx: 1![5] Rx: ? Tx: 1![5] Rx: ?
Why ? I just did the cmd D101:0000>0000: ccc and cmd D102:0000>1600:ccc , then programme back the PMS command, the PMS link back to normal. the problem will occur maybe few hour/day later... when Rx: is [16]
Plese help..... Thank You

Sounds like a bad cable between PBX and PMS. The [16] probably indicates noise being interpreted as data. Check for wiring problems, loose cable ends, power cords on top of data cords, power cords next to fluorescent lights, etc.
Interference of some sort.

What type of 2000 are you having this problem on? What is the distance from the 2000 to the PMS computer? Have you used the PMS simulator?, did it recreate the problem. On you first post where you monitoring the PMS link at the PBX or at the PMS side. Just wondering wether the RX data is coming from the PBX or from the PMS. The 05 would be ACK and 06 would be for a ENQ the 16 would be a DLE. The DLE message is an indication that the sender of the DLE is requesting the other end to stop. You should get a DLE "<" to get the interface to start again. So you need to identify wether it is the PMS end that is requesting a stop or the PBX end.

This data i capture from PMS. Tx - PMS to PABX Rx - PABX to PMS
Rx: [6] Tx: 1![5] Rx: [16] <--- after receive this then... the rest Rx: is ? mark. Tx: 1![5] Rx: ?
i don't know which side is requesting to stop. only the PMS side receive the [16] then it still sending 1![5] but that is no reply from PABX. until i programme the command D102>0000:1600 ccc then the PMS continue run
