We are trying to setup 5 IP softphone on a nec 2000 pbx and are having an issue.
The first laptop that logs in works fine but if a second laptop launchs the software it automatically logs on using the same login id as the first laptop. At that point the sp30 software on the first laptop will not go offhook, etc. It just beeps on any key hit. At that point the software has to be restarted on the first laptop. I checked the settings and the autologin box is not checked. We thought it was an IP licensing issue so I logged out on connections on 2 ip phones and tested but got the same results.
Thoughts? Thanks.

Did you assign each soft phone a different extension in Command 14, when you logged the softphone on you have to give it the correct extension. You can clear out the MAC addresses for each softphone 12YY90 and/or 12YY92, then check the setup for each softphone to make sure they are looking for the correct log-in extension. Repost and let us know what happens.
