Can`t figure out how to make caller id show up on phone. If i program a certain button on the phone they can hit it and it will show the caller id but they dont want to have to hit the button. I know this is possible because they have another phone in the same room that they dont have to hit a button and it shows caller id. Please help.

You will only see caller ID on the prime line of the phone. Virtual & appearances require pressing the button first. The newer IPS's should have the ability soon to see all caller ID. Hope this helps.

If it works on one phone but not another, compare the CM12 and CM13 data of the two phones.
