I have setup voice mail boxes on an IPK with a VMS4 for outside employees who do not have physical phones. I set the voice mail box Extension # outside the range of the physical phone extensions. I set the Transfer to NO on the virtual voice mail boxes. This always worked for me on Elite 48s but doesn't on the IPK. When transfering calls using the TRANSFER + Extension # + 7 on the Virtual Voice Mail boxes, I get a fast busy tone. I can reach the virtual voice mail boxes by inputting the voice mail box extension from an auto attendant message.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

You need to create virtual exts in the phone system and then all call forward them to voice mail.

on the ipk it is called car keys (sie keys), you can't call the ext's that aren't in the dial plan.
assign them in 1-2-04
program the extension in 4-10
go to a phone in the attendant class of service and press speaker 47 car key extension number then the vmail pilot number.
