Got a customer that needs to upgrade from a 4-port Intramail to an 8-port Intramail. Can I copy all the files from the CF (Compact Flash) on the 4-port to the CF that comes with the 8-port? Anything I need to watch out for?
They don't want to re-record all their greetings.
Thanks, Bill

You can back up and restore it. All on the old messages will come up as new. people will have to re-listen to all of their old messages

Yes - I know about the backup/restore, but I was just wondering if copying all the files from the old CF to the new CF would preserve all greetings/messages in their current state?
