When I press the speaker button and then 9, CO LINE 04 (LK4) gets selected.
How can I change this, so when I hit Speaker and then 9, CO LINE 01 or LK1 gets picked up?

What kind of NEC system & why would you want CO line 1 to be the 1st line selected? Typically, inbound calls start arriving in front of the hunt group & outgoing calls are sent out on the "back" lines. This prevents "collisions" from ocurring. Everytime a call is ringing on line 1 & the user tries to make an outbound call, the incoming call will most likely get answered!

Use memory block 3-03 to change your trunk group assignments. Group 01 is dial 9, group 02 is dial 8, group 03 is dial 71 & group 04 is dial 72. So you would put trunk 01 in group 01 & your other trunks in another group or groups.

the 48 will always start at the back end you can't put in lines 1,2,3,4 and expect it to grab them in that order. it will always grab them in 4,3,2,1. again to avoid collisions
