I am installing in a DSX-40 with a 4X8 Intramail.
My customer bought a professional CD greeting that he wants me put in as the AA greeting (Call Routing). I called NEC Tech Support and they couldn't help me. They did say that it is in the works to be able to download audio into the greetings, but it could be up to a year away. My question is... Does anyone know any "tricks" to do this"?

Try taking an old handset on a SLT and wire a 1/8" mono plug to the transmitter leads and plug it in to the audio source headset jack. You could also use a RCA if that what your source is. Might work through a keyset but not sure! Then after you log in to SysAdmin and get to the MOH recording all you have to do is press play. You could always just hold the handset up to the speaker, and I've had decent results that way too.

Thanks for your help. I did it with a small "mini speaker" from Radio Shack. I attached it to my headphone jack on my laptop and placed the speaker about 2 inches from a keyset handset transmitter. I adjusted the speaker volume to get the best results that I could. It came out better than I thought it would.
Thanks again!
