The short answer is no, however, I have a solution that will prevent the station from calling any station on the system.
I had a customer who did not want a group of ststions to call internaly, but wanted them to call specific numbers. I set the stations to prime line to a "dead" trunk group, added speed dial buttons & set up the 8-digit matching tables for toll restriction so they could use their speed dial buttons, but not be able to press recall, get another dial tone & make more calls.
