WJS Member Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 131 MN	Have any of you had trouble with the system clock on an IPK II? I have a customer that says she has to fix the clock maybe once every two weeks. It will be off anywhere from 4 to 12 hours. 1.51 software. Thank you.

IPKII Member Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 731 Houston, TX. USA	I am not aware of any issue with the clock on the CPU II, however, there is a major bug regarding the clock in the new Elitemail LX. First, the Elitemail LX must be upgraded to version 2.0.2.0, then there is a clock fix 'patch" that must be loaded. Mostly if they have been turned off for transport from runup to site.. though I notice my lab one gains about 5 minutes a week.. Regards, Paul W Now back to a 0 day week. Love these 7 day weekends.

pbxtek Member Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 11 New England	I had a customer complain of the same thing. The clock slipped a few minutes a day. NTAC replaced the cpu for them. The official tolerance is lesss than 30 seconds a day. More than that and they will replace the cpu.
