I am trying to install a SLT-F(1G)-10 ADP on a LEVEL 1. It rings when it's extension is called, can answer and have 2-way conversation. When I go off hook to call anything, all I get is a busy and dialing has no effect.
I brought the SLT adaptor to the office and it acts the same way on another LEVEL 1 here. I checked everything in "guide to feature programming".
I am guessing the DTMF reciever is gone in the SLT-F(1G)-10 ADP.

You need a PBR card installed. There is nothing wrong with the adapter.

Wow, great job Scott. I guess I didn't read the ENTITE manual. I saw no refrence to a PBR card anywhere else in the manual, in fact I doubted you 'cause I never heard of one for a level 1. Thank You!
