I try to set the call forwarding all to another extension, but after key in the access code + ext # , display show "restricted". i have check the class of service, this ext was allowed to set CFW all. PLS help me.... :confused:

There is a callback set. Set an access code in cm200 for cancel callback & that will fix the issue. Hope this helps.
