All,
I have several MinuteMan E750RM2U UPS systems out in service with spare battery packs.
We've been having some heavy storms roll through the sites and we just recieved a: "UPS: Charger Abnormal" and "UPS: UPS general fail"
I can't find anything in the manuals, MinuteMan forums, online that states what these are...of course tech support is only open 'till 5 and this error shows up in my inbox at 5. Ha!
If any of you know what this might imply, please post!
Thanks a bunch!!

First sounds like the batteries aren't charging properly. Problem with the charger but probably the batteries. The second is pretty self explanatory.

Looks like it's time to replace those batteries. I'm not real familiar with that model, but most of the MinuteMan UPSs that we have are hot swappable. I see that the E750RM2U has 3 batteries.

Hey guys,
Thanks for the replies. I believe the units in service are a little under three months old. We went ahead and replaced the main UPS at that location with a new one we had at the shop and we got an RMA to return the defective to MinuteMan.
MM Tech Support and engineering had no real definitive answer for why this occurred. Possibly due to the horrible power fluctuations from the generator and commercial power flip flopping all night.
Any who, I truly hope this doesn't happen often. We have quite a few of these out there...
Thanks again,
Kris.

You didn't say the units were only three months old. I would say you definately have a warranty issue.
