Try checking your paging Amplifier first.

Does it have power?

Anybody else in the building doing work?

If the amp is at the speaker it's up 30' in the air. ugh But, as far as I can tell, there's power and everything is normal except hearing those same tones I'm hearing in my handset outside in the warehouse. I believe someone hit a bunch of buttons (thinking they were doing something different) at ext 101 because I lost sound out in the warehouse and ext 101 was blinking with a MW that "nobody" sent. know what Im saying? I just have to figure out what they did. :bang:

You're getting the splash tone over the speakers, but not the voice path? Are you using the KSU page port, or a PGD? We will have to troubleshoot the IPK II hardware...

On the IPK I, sometimes I had the same trouble & it was my CPU...

If you are a tech or installer.

Remove the page feed from the IPK II at the amp and connect your butt set, have someone page, what do you hear?
The amp will not be 30' in the air. It's usually located near the phone system.
