Ok, soes ANYONE know where the dial timeout is set? This is the timer that times out when you are dialing an outside call..the default seems just a tad short.

Trunk Inter-digit timer is a 21-01-3
Default is 5 sec.

Hmm, I set that timer and didn't see any difference. I read the manual and apparently that timer is for when the call duration timer starts. I will try again.

Thats the only timer I have used for that. Yes it is a timer that is used for the call duration timer kicks in. Since it is interdigit the timer should restart after every digit befor the call is sent out.
Are these standard trunks, PRI, VOIP, DISA?

If you have ARS turned on, the interdigit time out is set in 20-03-04.

Even though it says it's for SLT it does effect ARS.

Have had to set this sometimes for people who look up a number, dial part of it, then look back at the number to get the rest of it. At default ( 3 Sec.) it goes to re-order.
