Hello. I have a customer that lost all programming on their IPK and I'm trying to get them back up and working. They have PRI service w/ DIDs. They have 4-digit extentions. I programmed 1-2-03 and set it to 4-digits. I then programmed all extensions on 4-10 with no problem. The snag I'm hitting is with the DID conversion. I programmed 1-1-20 and 1-1-21, but I cannot enter a 4-digit ext in 1-1-22. Can someone please help? Thanks help

Maybe your provider sends you only 3 digits and you dont have to put 4 digits for DID?

I am able to enter the 4-digit DID number, but not the 4-digit extension number.

I am also not able to program CFBNA to Voice Mail. I press speaker, dial 43, try to dial VM ext. 3333, but it doesn't let me get past the 2nd digit??

NO. Go from 1 to 99 and see if anything in brackets would be assign to 33. And why its (OOO) when it shoul be (00). One more questions: can you dial 4 digits extension? does it rings to right extension?

Yes, intercom calling is working fine. Their ext. #s are 2900 thru 2929. Their VM is 3333. When I go through all codes in 1-1-47, (00 thru ##), nothing shows 33.

I tried following the manual: go to 1-1-47, go to access code (33), enter 301; then go to 1-1-48, table 1, dial 0, enter 001 (station number). I don't understand what that means, and it won't let me enter 001 in MB 1-1-48. :bang:

If you are dialing 3333 does your VM answers? If not check out comand 7-1 card asignment. Make sure its stands for right VM card. Then check out 4-14, VM port, make sure it is Pilot. One more time go to VM ports in 4-10 to make sure it is 4 digits.

101,201,301 is Trunk Groups numbers. Go back and for entry 33 take away 301. Make it blank(000).
What hapened when you are doing Icm.-43-and 3333? Does it start doing anything after you dial 33?
