Thank you, by the way, for your help with this. . .

Yes, when I dial 3333 the Voice Mail system does answer. Card assignment and hunting are correct.

What happens when I dial Icm.-43-and 3333, it gives me "Error" after I dial 33

When I press the speaker button, I have internal dial tone, which is correct.

Find out in Default access codes or there is 43 set-up for CFB-NA. I belive IPK has no access code for that set-up. You have to go and asign that.

The CFB-NA code works. What isn't working is when I try to forward to a 4-digit extension.

I know I've seen this before, and it's frustrating that I can't recall what I did to get it to work. It has something to do with 1-1-47 & 1-1-48.

The 4-digit stations work. I can program them in 4-10, no problem. But, when I try to enter a 4-digit extension in 1-1-22 for DID conversion, I can enter the 4-digit DID number, and then when I try to enter the 4-digit extension number, it lets me put in the first 3 digits and then when I try to put in the 4th digit, it blanks out the digits I entered and goes back to a blank field with a blinking cursor.

Has anyone else seen this? PLEASE help!

I think I just figured it out. . .

1-2-03 = 4 digit
1-1-46 make 1,2,3 = 000
1-1-47 make 29, 33, etc. = 001
4-10 enter staion numbers

Customer extension numbers are 2900 thru 2929, and Voice Mail pilot is 3333. I will try this on site today to see if it works.

Yep, that was it.

Programming only 1-2-03 allowed me to program 4-digit station number. But, the other programming is necessary for me to be able to dial 4-digit extensions while using access codes.

Thanks again for your help vad, it got me going in the right direction.
