Well my owner had a customer that outgrew the IPK family, and he sold them a 6 PIM 2000, with an IM-16LX Voice mail. I have done some minor work on the 2000 IVS, simple MAC. Well we dont have a 2000 cert. tech, so I am it. NTAC will not talk to me about PRI issues even with tokens, LOL. So am really stuck. Here is were I am so far.
1) Voice mail Intergrated/Softkeys downloaded
2) 200 extensions built, Park Keys, Speed dial bins set up, Not sure if I got the right keys programmed for 2nd/3rd call (IPK CAP Keys, LOL).
3) DID conversion tables build
4) Basic DID programming done
I am ready to test, but cant get the PRI to come up, only can do it early am, since borrowing our PRI. I get no D-Channel.
Get so close, and yet so far. I could use an expert, lol, Remote IP connection is set. Any gurus that what to help me out.
