I have a NEC xen alpha. I also have a cell phone dialler. (unit which sits on a phone line appearance and you make calls over the mobile network). Can I set the ACR to dial cell phones on say line 4 and go to line 3 if 4 is busy? Looking at the manual I can set ACR to insert digits but not select certain lines. I found to the analogue priority in 089 but how do set this to line 4?
thanks in advance?

The only way to do it, I think, is to assign Lines 3 & 4 to separate Trunk Group and then assign ACR to grab that group for dialing.
