Recently added a private line to a digital phone and can't get the unanswered private line calls to overflow/forward to voice mail. Any ideas?

I assume this is a copper trunk that rings one stn only?
Instead of programming that trunk to ring on the stn in 4-01 & 4-02, DIT that trunk to the stn in 3-42 & 3-43 and it will follow that stn's cfd settings to vm.
If IPKII use DIL settings instead of immediate.
