Is call transfer disconnect available on an electra eleite 48 system? I have searched the manual but couldn't find any info about it.

Thanks

After you performed Transfer just hang up. If you transfer call why would you need this call to be droped? or Disconnected?

Are you wanting to do a transfer outside your building?

The feature is called "Trunk To Trunk Transfer". If it is enabled in system programming, while on the call, you simply press transfer, dial 9 plus the telephone number, press feature, press transfer. Be advised, this feature uses two lines, one inbound & another for the outbound...

If you are using CAP keys on this system, the calls will "dissappear". If you are using line keys, they will remain lit until the call is terminated by one of the parties.

Yes this is for transfering to an outside line, we only have two incoming lines and don't want to tie up both.
AT&T said they could do some kind of transfer in there system, but we have to have a system that has call transfer disconnect capibility.

I don't have manuals on the Elite 48, but on the IPK using the dterm 80 phones the recall key is also used for flash.

This is compatible. You might have to adjust the hook-flash timer a little in your Elite 48...
