Hi,
I maintain the NEC DS2000 at our office, and we have an extension where incoming calls are going straight to voicemail without ringing.
The station is not set on DND and no programming changes were made, unless there were some inadvertent changes made at the station.
I can't figure out how to fix this for the life of me - any suggestions? We are using intramail for voicemail.
Thanks!
Kuni
