I have a customer that has an aspire that is having trouble with one extension in an ACD group. When you call the extension directly and no one answers it won't fwd to voicemail it rings the ACD group. Any ideas? I'm not real familiar with the NEC aspire, I have worked on the Electra. Help me out guys.

Check 24-06 and make sure the extension is forwarding when unanswered to the voicemail department group number and not the ACD group pilot number.
