Hi All We have a NEAX 2000 IVS system There is one extension when you press the "My Line" button you get reorder tone. All other buttons work on the telephone (ie virtual , Line buttons ,features etc.) When you call the telephone from another extension and call the intercom number (my line) it shows as a busy extension.Have swapped out cards but no change, swapped out sets with the same result. Do not want to power down system as they are in operational 24 hours. I will reset the system if I have to. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

If the Led is permenantly on, it is probably in line lockout. System reset would be the easiest way out. It is possible to clear it without but as you would be writing directly to the memory, you either have to know what you are doing or be very brave.
