Ok this is going back a little. Does anyone know how to activate a GP Relay on the Pro 1 system. Here is what I know. In programming you set at 1-48 that a relay will be used for door lock release, I have a call from the door phone, it is answered by a user, how do I activate the relay that will work the lock release. I have gone through the installation manual and the user guide and can't find it. The GP Relays are used for numerous things, but I don't see in any them how they are activated. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Neil

Well, that code diddn't work. I may not have it hooked correctly. Does the Pro 1 supply the 28 volts or is it just a relay that completes an existing circuit.

It's just a relay

Now you've gone and confused him, Ken.

Ys, he's basically "bumping" your thread to try and get a resolution to it. He doesn't want it to fall too far down the list and get forgotten.

Well I will say I am confused, I installed about 20 of the Pro 1's back in the day, but never had hooked up a door lock release. The manual dosn't go into much detail about this. I know this is an outdated sytem, but I still like the Pro series, NEC packed a lot of features in a small box. I appreciate any ideas.
Thanks
