We have a customer that has a IPK and Elitemail. They also have Centrex service from the carrier.
They are wanting to have voice mail tranfer the caller via a hookflash on the trunk to a remote worker. We found the 6# code in the feature codes and tried to put that in the tranfer field of the extension but, no luck.
Any help would be apreciated.
