I have a customer that has the same hours M-Th, different hours on Fri and still different on Sat and is closed on Sunday. They of course want AA. Tech support said to make this work I need to change the co's to virtuals and set up call routing boxes etc. Isn't there a way to just use the schedule in 47-12?

If you are using full auto attendant than yes 47-12 will work for changing what greeting is played.
We get old too soon, smart too late
