I have a Electra Elite 192 with a DTU-16-2 phone and I need to program the flexible line keys on the phone.

Do you mean a Switched Loop key? (I am not sure what it is called on the Elite, but that is what it is called on the DSX...)

Dial a 1 then the extension number if you want DSS or dial a 0, then 9, then the telephone number if you want a speed dial button.
If you get a busy, then the button is not set for feature access & will need to be set up in system programming by a NEC technician.
