Can anyone please tell me what MP version does a PN-CP24 (NEAX 2000 IPS) with SC Number 3216? R6.2 or R7? THANKS!

You seem to be mixing items up here. You are running a CP24 firmware SC3216. This has little to do with the software revision you have loaded into it. CP24 sc3216 can run with many software revisions. If you want to know the software you are running on then log on with matworX and it is shown at the top of the window.
