Hi:
I have a client that has a neax 2000. I do not know the model of voicemail system. I need to fin out how to reset the password for the voicemail on one of the extensions. Can anyone help me out? Are all the voicemails for this system similar, as far as entering into programming? I know nothing about NEC. Please point me in the right direction....

Is it an in skin or external voicemail. If in skin it is probably an AD8 and you need Cosessions software or you will need to find an extension with supervisor rights. Good luck with both.
