Used the modem a few times in the past couple of days. It saves alot of time, especially the first couple of days after an install when the customer is feeling out the system and may want to make some tweeks, which is exactly what happened this week.

Still trying to determine why I can't modem into that one, but I connected them to their network and it does just as well.
One thing that has happened a couple of times is I get a customer calling me that their phone doesn't work and the problem ends up being that the cover is making the button stick. Anyone else run into this?

the cover is making the button stick
Only if it's not popped down all the way. I had that happen just yesterday. Pushed the cover down securely and it was fine.
