In any case, it seems the real problem was the AdTran, as everything has been butter-smooth since they replaced it. 6 days and no problems whatsoever.

First of all, I only use SAT as a database back-up tool. That being said, the CPU seems to like being up-loaded in a "dumb" state.

With a de-faulted CPU, power up with just the MIF-M, connect & upload your database, then slot your cards one at a time, just an IPK II.

Yes, I do a hardware upload before I slot my cards.
This seems to alleviate database "bugs".

I'm not with you here as the Elite only scans for cards on a default startup. Once the CPU is running you have to do a H/W reload or use MB 7-1 to load the cards into their slots..

I installed a new beta copy of Opera yesterday and it had some problems with a reply so I gave up and went back to the old version.. Unfortunatlty I can't see away to delete a post once it has been sent..
