We have multiple IPK phone systems. At one of the sites, the users can view missed call info by pressing the directory key on their phone (dterm80 phones). None of the other sites can do this. I found a class of service setting (1-8-08,page 6,LK8) that is turned on at the site that works. So I switched that setting on at another site but its not working. When I press the directory key, nothing happens. Is there another setting that I am missing?

Thanks for any help on this issue.

Check the other systems, they need the MIFM card with the KMM chip
