Switched Telco. Everything moved over great - one exception; outgoing calls on a handful of lines.

Outgoing call attempts ring busy. All incoming and internal calls route correctly.

I've looked - and continue to look through manuals/help files/etc and am now at a loss.

Help?

Just to be clear - more than 30 lines work in/out just fine. There are 4 in use that get incoming calls/internal calls fine but cannot dial out.

Hm. I swear I checked this previously - but it seems it might be Trunk Outgoing Restriction configuration..... I'll let you know.

If anyone has suggestions for mem blocks to check for outgoing trunk/channel routing that would surely be appreciated!

*doh* That was it. I know I checked that block before (4-19). I don't why the R's looked like N's on those ports... must've been looking cross-eyed!
