The problem I'm having is that the callback feature seems to have gone away. On the QueWorx screen I can see the caller leaving the callback number and recording, but on the Navigator screen I don't see any of them being answered. The queued calls counter shows them as queued, but the call waiting counter only shows the calls queued directly, not asking for callback. for example, the screen shows 45 calls in queue but the CW button on the phone only shows 15 in queue. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why the callback calls are not being sent back to the ACD for processing? This has been going on for the past week, prior to that it worked fine. The QueWorx is release 2.006, level 1.1 and the Navigator is Version G4.00.1. Thank you.

Have you made any changes in either system around the time it stopped working? If not have you tried rebooting both systems? If you have not made any changes and you have rebooted and your still having issues I would check the network connections between the 2 servers.
