Is there a software version that will allow the IPS to send caller ID info to analog single line sets?
If so, what is the minimum hardware card to use? Will a 4LCD or a 4LCD-A cut it, or will I need some newer cards? I also have a 4LCJ if that would work
any info would be truly appreciated.

If this is just not possible on any version of IPS, that would be great to know. Then I could stop scouring manuals and online sources.
thanks wes

Wes,
I wish I could help you but I don't work on the IPS, But the Nec Aspire, DSX and DS series all support Caller ID to analog ports so I would hope the IPS would too

Caller ID to analog sets was supported beginning in the IVS2 at R2200 3.1 software. It uses a 8LCAD or 4LLCB card, it also requires a 4RSTF handler to work. Once the cards are installed and the RST card assigned you would change command 1220 for each analog set connected to the caller ID card.

Thanks smoom. My asterisk box will love you.
