Does anyone have an example of the QoS configuration to implement an NEC VoIP solution in a Cisco environment? We have an NEC NEAX 2000 IPS with Dterm IP phones.
We are having some issues with a few IP phones, wondering what ports need to be added to the config for our environment.

It's not a port issue, it's a QOS issue. QOS must be present end to end & you really gotta know what you are doing. I have network engineers that provide this for my setups.

We are using DiffServe. I have the managed QoS switch set to priority 7 for each IP phone address with DSCP Policy as 101110
On the firewall/gateway access list:
We have ports 3455, 3458, 3462, 3459, 4000 (UDP) 3462 through 3525 (TCP) 52048 (UDP) 2000 through 2002 (TCP) 1719 through 1720 (TCP) 5060 (TCP) 1645 through 1646 (UDP) 1812 through 1813 (UDP) 9998 through 10318 (UDP) 16348 through 32768 (UDP)
What NEC commands should be used for IP phones with DiffServe?
Thanks

No problem, I will verify our configuration with our Telco vendor and NEC support.
There is a way to turn off the RTP alarm. I might do that once the configuration has been verified.
Thanks
