I am trying to change the message on our General/Urgent message mailbox, but I do not know what that mail box number is.
What number does technicians usually allocate for General Mailbox and or Urgent mailbox for after hours or no answer?
FYI. My system is using 300 for VMS and operator's extension is 100. But I can not get to the message that needs to be changed from extension 100 or 300.

It is probably a transaction box. Log in w/ CO Sessions & you will find it.
