Using the "exclusive hold" (Feature + Hold) on the Elite 48, the current recall time is 45 seconds. How can I extend this to 120 seconds?

If you don't know how to program, then how do you expect us to help. DrPbx gave you the memory block needed to accomplish fixing your problem It is technician level programming to do so. If you are unable to program, you need to hire a technician to do it for you.

I had hoped that someone could explain the steps. I beleive these board are to help others, not to condemn the less fortunate. I am sorry I do not know how to program but if you can teach me how to fish, then I can feed myself. Calling a tech for a change like this will cost $150 in my market and that is expensive for me. Would someone kindly explain to me about memory block programming or at least the steps to do this programming detailed above.

If you PM me, I can and will help. However getting into programming requires passwords which are prohibited from open forum. That is what I was getting at in previous post RickElite48. Your handle is a bit misleading, since you have no knowledge of even working on such system by the way.

Thanks Scott for your help in allowing me to call you. Very helpful and I learned alot. BTW, my handle is merely my name and phone system type - I am definitely not an "elite" programmer as you learned from our conversation. Thanks again!
