Hey All - I have a quick question - I've just rerouted a few incoming CO lines to different ports because I was having trouble with a few ports. Well, now that problem is fixed- but I have a new one. The new lines are being automatically transfered to our voicemail (ext 191). Any tips on fixing this ?
Thanks in advance, Christa

Check prog 3-42 for those trunks and/or prog 4-01 for ALL the Vmail ports.
