Got an IPK system with ELiteMail VMP. During the main greeting you can press 3 for another recorded message that states names and their extenstions. I can access this message by hitting the message button and then * 2 # and then 110. How do I rerecord this message?

Are you dialing 110 or 9110? If 110 is a subscriber mail box, you would get there with the 9110, then follow set-up options to change the greeting.
However, it could be set up as a Transaction box. A transaction box is "owned" by a subscriber mailbox. Let's guess that station 100 owns "T-box" 110..... access the mailbox of 100, press "LVMSG" (softkey) dial ##110.... then follow prompts.

I usually make the system manager the owner of transaction boxes, you could try accessing that box & then select lvmsg.

I was able to record a new message using ##110 LVMSG option on the System Manager phone. Thanks!
