The Music on hold connects to the system's 66 block. If I recall correctly, it is the XXX pair of the block (provided that the XXX pair is seated in it's appropriate spot within the cabinet).
Smoom's instructions above will turn on external music-on-hold, connecting to the 66 block provides the physical connection.

two words... IT WORKED!!!!!!!! Thanks guys! This has been a very long concern for this Church. Someone donated the phones in 92' and He is not here anymore. Noone knew how to get this 'chime' if you will off the phone. I tried manuals online and uninformative guides that they have here. DID NOT WORK. I want to thank you all! I know this is a phone forum and I am a web designer/computer network administrator - I dont know how to repay or reciprocate to you all (with knowledge)and the future requests with valuable troubleshooting information. I know what I can do is two things, I will pray for each and every one of you that helped me, this is how much I appreciate this information - The Power of Prayer - and second if you are ever in the Rhode Island area, I extend an invitation to the Church here in East Providence for a Good Time. :thumb: :thumb:

Sundance,
The reply from Smoon should have been edited out, most of these systems have not been set for passwords.
Data Integrity, I know your trying to save money for the church but you were lookin on the phone to hook up your radio, this says to me you have no clue on what your working on and in the long run it would be best to hire in a pro.

Thank you for nice words "dans", I would have you to know that YES you are right. I DO NOT know anything about telephone installations or how to navigate within them at all. I know web design and computers and always ready and open to learn new technology every day. Thank you for positive re-inforcement!
Also what SMOOM advised worked exactly!
Thank you. Have a BLESSED day!
