I have an Electra Elite 48 that im trying to add some additional lines to and 3-92 only shows trunks 1-4 (there is a COI(8) Card installed in S3 or come to think of it Im not sure what slot its installed in but it appears on the second AMP connector, why dont more lines show up? similar problems on 3-02 and 4-12 only shows CO 1-4.

Have you checked system prog 7-1 to make sure the card is assigned as a COI8 and not a COI4?

The card may be assigned as a 4 port card even though it is an 8 port.

thanks kindly for the reply, I actually just replace the whole system with a spare 192, Im moving the 48 to another new office the customer is opening where they only need three lines, but I will check 7-1 as soon as its back up and post the results.

Well, live and learn - it was set as a COI (4) in 7-1 (button 2 lit?)thanks.
