I am having problems getting the speaker to work. I can go off hook but customer on the other end cannot hear me. I have already tried feature 1 and that didn't help. This is on a Electra Elite 192..any help would be greatly appreciated

Check program 4-29 for the port the phone is hooked to. Make sure it is set to yes.
