I have an NEC Electra Professional II series system. For some reason, when you dial in from the outside, press zero for the operator it goes right to voicemail to an extension at someones desk. I have looked but can not see where dialing 0 is programmed. Can anyone help.
Thanks,
Dave Barkley

Is this an "in-skin" VMS-F voice mail?
Look at the "Operator" set up page.... (I'm trying to picture this in my head).. there should be a setting to direct the digit 0 to go to an extension... usually this is station 100.
Then look at Transaction boxes ..... where is 0 sending callers?
Does the extension that is receiving the messages have a transaction box associated with it? Is 0 pointed to that T-box from any other T-Box or on the "Operator" set-up page?
