There are two different cabinet types for the 124i
system. One is part # 92000 and the other is
# 92000A. It's my understanding that the 92000A
cabinets must be used with the commonized software, otherwise the system may intermittantly
go into system start-up, because the power supply in the 92000 isn't suffcient enough to handle the
extra draw present in the commonized systems.
Can anyone out there confirm this?

its not the software- its the type of phones used.
lol- i can't tell you what the difference is- except the old phones have bigger footprints and handsets than the new style...

Bigger footprints, 8 function keys across, PITA wall mounts, itsy bitsy MW light. But that is about it, the newer style I-Series phones look like Aspire prototypes. IIRC I thought the newer cabinets had better power supplies then the older.
